Tamara Summers comes to CarePatrol as one of the first employees of the original company, Preferred Assistance. Tamara's main responsibility is franchisee support through our nationwide case management software system. Tamara interacts with clients and franchisees on a daily basis to better meet their needs and to ensure that a prompt and responsive customer experience has been maintained.
