William Smith has been in the "people" business for many years. He has worked over 10 years in Human Resources. In addittion. he has been a volunteer Hospice  counselor in his locale community and has helped and supported families making difficult decisions.  Personally, he has experienced the need for a service like Carepatrol, when his own father  needed in home health care due to a terminal illness and felt the frustration of trying to find a quality company with quality caregivers.  William is passionate about the dignity of life and wants to help families make the best intelligent choices for their loved ones.
