Shannon McInnis

Shannon’s role as project manager covers many facets of the franchise development process.  She is the lead support for the franchise development team to ensure a smooth discovery process for CarePatrol candidates.  Shannon’s key role is the development of territories.  She analyzes facility and demographic data and works closely with CEO, Chuck Bongiovanni, to ensure each territory is built to be successful.  In addition to this, Shannon supports the team by managing the CRM database, which includes updating FDDs, email templates, and marketing materials as well as training any new members to the development team.  Shannon rounds out her role by handling the franchise agreement signing process to ensure contracts are accurately and completely executed by boarding franchisees prior to their training.
