Norm Staniford passionately assists seniors and their families facing the challenge of finding the right senior living community. He enjoys seeing the peace of mind and quality of life improvements achieved by finding the right senior living option.
Norm, who is completing the nationally recognized Certified Senior Advisor program, has personally dealt with the placement of his mother-in-law in assisted living and ultimately memory care communities. He helped guide his family so they could “get on the same page” as to what was best for Momma Deaton.
Before becoming a CarePatrol Senior Care Consultant, Norm spent over 30 years leading and consulting with businesses. His hands on, practical approach allowed him to hone his decision-making skills, learn to breakdown the complex so it seems easy, and most importantly understand how critical people and empathy are to successful outcomes. Norm now uses his skills, experiences, and energy assisting seniors and their families find the safest senior living communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Norm has resided in Texas since 1967. After growing up in Irving, he graduated from both Texas A&M and The University of Texas. He has spent most of his professional career in North Texas. Norm and his wife Debbie raised four great children and enjoy spoiling their four grandchildren.

Greg Baggerly runs the day to day operations of CarePatrol. This consists of all administrative and liaison activities with clients and Assisted Living / Memory Care facilities in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
Greg’s decision to join CarePatrol was based on his experience of losing his Father at a young age. “This has helped me develop an innate ability to empathize with those caring for their loved ones.” He will work with you to understand your needs and concerns, then personally “match” your loved one’s needs to our network of pre-screened, violation-reviewed senior care options. Finding the right solution for you or your loved one is an emotional, time consuming, and somewhat challenging task, but Greg’s experience will make this process smooth and as easy as possible.
Greg lives in Leon Springs, but is a Midwest native, attending Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Business degree. His outside interests include traveling, hiking, mountain biking, photography, and spending time with his children and his new wife, Debra.

With over twenty-five years in the aviation business, Faye Herl brings a unique skillset to Care Patrol of Houston with her experience with different regions and cultures existing in the area. She has coordinated people from all over the world along with managing an exotic bird business.
Managing her teenagers’ activities and being the caregiver to her husband at a time when various family members were located in different countries made Faye keenly aware of the stresses not only on a caregiver, but also what the entire family can experience with emotional trauma dealing with the health challenges of a loved one.
Faye’s first-hand experience in the trenches brought the appreciation for punctuality and dependability in serving the immediate needs of family members. With this experience, Faye understands how important it is to find the best options for your loved one that can make a world of difference in easing the transition for the entire family.
Senior Care Consultant
Ledner Cunningham brings over twenty years of business, marketing and financial experience to Care Patrol of Houston. As a businessman he has owned a small litigation support company and been the branch manager for a financial services group. Mr. Cunningham has held the titles of National Sales Manager and Manager International Business Development for companies ranging in size from $20,000,000 to over $68,000,000,000 in assets.
During this time he has served on the boards of the Red Cross Planned Giving Committee and The Women’s Shelter for Abused Women. He was a member of the Committee of 100 for future city leaders. In an effort to give back to his community, he continues to volunteer for various community causes and continues to donate his time to coach high school cross-examination debate team. He has served as the coach for several youth athletic teams ranging from T-Ball to tennis.
After the ordeal of trying to find living arrangements for his mother who was struck with Alzheimer and Breast Cancer, he recognized the need that so many people have to find someone that they can trust to provide guidance and assistance. His understanding, knowledge and experience are just a few of the intangibles that we provide in bringing you peace of mind and your loved ones the best possible living arrangements.

After many years of international business acumen, Djuliani “Julie” Soeharto Cordiano, continues to work in a high-level and effective capacity participating in a wide variety of disciplines. She is a natural leader having experience in business marketing, consulting and planning. She has an extensive background in business advisory and fund management, in particular.
Internationally, she has educational credentials from several institutions in the United States including Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, California and Hawaii as well as France and Switzerland. Working in both public and private institutions, she has a proven track record of successfully delivered projects for a number of clients in various industries. Her most current endeavor involves working with senior citizens to improve their qualities of life in a variety of ways.
Residing in Austin, Texas since 2009, she and her husband, Henry, have two daughters, Sorava and Nerisa. She is fluent in English, Indonesian and has a working knowledge of Chinese Mandarin, French and Japanese.
