CarePatrol, and specifically Cean, were a godsend for our family. When my mother fell and fractured her hip after an illness that led to extreme muscle loss and weakness, my family was struggling to find anything that felt like the right solution for care that would let her maintain her sense of independence yet still get the care she needed to recover.

A friend suggested CarePatrol and when I called and left a message, I heard back from Cean within hours. We had a long phone call to discuss all of our issues and concerns, and she followed up with a detailed email with a list of options, the pros and cons of each, and the likely costs associated. In the end she directed us to a solution we didn’t even know was an option (and even joined us in our introductory meeting), and it has turned out to be ideal. My mother is now getting the level of care she needs in the best context for her circumstances.

Cean has continued to be responsive even though she’s really already done her job, and we’re all just so grateful that we found her/CarePatrol! If not, we would still be struggling to figure it all out–and be stressed and frazzled beyond worrying about my mother. So thank you! Highly recommend!

CarePatrol was a godsend for us when we were trying to find assisted living for my mother-in-law. She had a few special issues, and the staff at CarePatrol were able to speak to people at many facilities and quickly eliminate several that could not accommodate them. They have an incredible amount of information about the communities and they were able to provide invaluable advice about what sorts of things to look for and ask about. We also ended up working with three different consultants because of vacations and and because our search spanned two different “territories”, but the communication among them all was seamless. They really worked hard for us and we are so grateful for everything they did.
