CarePatrol of Collin County, TX, is dedicated to not only helping you find the perfect new home, but we are also senior advocates working to build the support systems you need at every step of your transition. We take pride in working exclusively with the communities that pass not only government regulations for safety but also our rigorous standards for senior care communities. Before we recommend any community to our clients, we conduct multiple thorough on-site inspections to ensure that the highest levels of safety and care services are being adhered to. Families need to know that the staff is trained, friendly, and attentive. That the food is delicious and the residents are welcoming. That the grounds are clean, beautiful, and safe. The team at CarePatrol are your eyes and ears into senior care communities. Based in Allen, TX, we are your neighbor, not some national agency, and it allows us to monitor the region's senior living communities continuously.
But a transfer to senior living is so much more than finding the right community, and it's why we go above and beyond to educate our clients and their families on the often overlooked aspects of a transition to a senior living community. We can help you and your family find the financial support you need to make your move. If finances are tight, we will get you in front of the organizations that can help reduce the burden.
Are you downsizing and selling your home before your transition? As your partner in making your lifestyle change as easy as possible, we can help you find the right team for an estate sale. Do you need help finding a trustworthy attorney to handle legal affairs? We will help you find an attorney that you can trust.
At every step of the process, we want you to feel heard. Our team is as passionate about helping our neighbors as we are about protecting the seniors that have given so much to our community. Contact us today. We promise that we can make the difficult challenge of transitioning to a new home easier, safer, and less stressful.
Choosing a safer senior housing option, unfortunately, cannot be made by appearance alone. What is most important is something that really can’t be seen. It is "Can this community really care for your senior?" That's why CarePatrol's advisors complete a "Care Discovery" and base our recommendations on care options that can specifically meet your individual needs and preferences.
Meet Your Local CarePatrol Senior AdvisorWe believe in private & personalized tours. We literally walk you through the steps. You will never get a list from us and be told to “go visit them alone, or on your own.” After we’ve matched your individualized needs to safer care options in your area, we will accompany you on a tour of each one of them. Or, we will provide a virtual tour if that works better for you. You are never alone because we will be your personal care guide from start to finish.
Meet Your Local CarePatrol Senior AdvisorWe insist on transparency with pricing & services. We don’t like surprises either. How to pay for care is always a concern and a valid question of our clients. Another important question relates to what services are provided in a specific care option. We can help alleviate these concerns. We will inform you of private, Veterans, or other government programs that you may be eligible for.
Meet Your Local CarePatrol Senior AdvisorWe work with the community so you can focus on your loved one. Change can be hard, especially for Seniors. We make sure everything is in order so on moving day, everybody’s attention can be on making the transition as smooth as possible. Ensuring your questions are answered and you continue to feel good about your decision is as important as getting your senior settled in to a new environment.
Meet Your Local CarePatrol Senior AdvisorCarePatrol delivers satisfaction to families every day. Your advisor will be there for you when you need them - even after you make your decision. Long after move-in day, we'll still be there with regular check-ins to ensure your loved one's needs are being met.
Meet Your Local CarePatrol Senior AdvisorTracy Toomer
Tracy is passionate about empowering seniors and their families as they face the complex challenge of finding the right senior living community. She listens carefully to all of her client's needs, concerns and preferences before recommending appropriate levels of care such as: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or In-Home Care.
Tracy has lived in Allen, Texas for five years and even today still marvels at the city's impressive recreational opportunities and the never-ending biking and hiking trails.
She is a part of a multi-generational family that includes her parents, that have been married over 57 years and her four-legged brother Bruno Toomer. When Tracy is not assisting families, she enjoys Pilates, visiting local Art Galleries, and walking/hiking the beautiful trails in Allen.
Prior to CarePatrol, Tracy had a diverse career, in restaurant, retail, grocery and most recently, in the fitness industry. As an Operations Executive with over 20 years of service, Tracy enjoys being of service to others. One of her most memorable quotes during her time in specialty retail is attributed to Howard Schultz, Founder and CEO of Starbucks: "We are not in the coffee business serving people, but in the people business serving coffee". Tracy has spent her entire career in the people business. It's no wonder Tracy immediately embraced CarePatrol's mission statement, which is "We exist to provide safer care options to Seniors, across America".
Tracy would describe herself as resilient, enthusiastic and forthright.
