I graduated from FSU (Go 'Noles!) but have lived in the northeast for 20 years, so moving back to Florida with my wife and young son was always something we had talked about. We now enjoy living at the beach and all that Sarasota has to offer.
I love spending my free time outdoors, sports, traveling, as well as teaching and spending time with my family.
I spent 20 years as a senior-level executive in the television advertising business in NYC prior to returning to Florida to enter the Senior Care industry. After much downsizing in the television advertising industry, I found myself at a crossroads and wanted to start my own business while making an impact on my community. Wendy and I met during our due diligence meetings with Town Square, a new Adult Day Concept for cognitively impaired seniors. She and I decided to partner up and open several Adult Day Programs from Bradenton to Naples over the next 3-5 years.
In addition to opening Town Square locations, CarePatrol needed a Senior Level executive to focus on large hospital accounts making this partnership a win-win.
I am constantly learning and evolving. I love teaching and helping. I have already become a Certified Care Transition Fellow and am working on becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Band of Brothers
I knew that if I was going to start my own business, I wanted to do something that would directly impact people’s lives. I saw first-hand how critical it can be to educate families on options for their loved ones while understanding funding strategies, levels of care, types of care, etc. I knew CarePatrol and Town Square was where I needed to be.
