Julie has worked in the senior care industry for over a decade. Her experience working in Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, as well as helping hundreds of families secure private duty and in-home care services in their homes makes her a great addition to the CarePatrol team. Julie holds a BA from the University at Buffalo and started her career in Marketing and Event Management. She always had a strong desire to help people and came to the senior care industry a decade ago to follow her passion. Julie has made it her mission to serve seniors of Western and Central New York acting as a consultant for families, assisting them to navigate through the complexities of elder and long term care.
Julie also serves as the Board Chair for the United Church Home Society, the organization that runs the Senior Wishes program locally, granting life enriching wishes to low income seniors.

About Julie Sentiff:
Julie has been working with seniors for over a decade and the last five years was spent supporting healthcare professionals with their caseloads and partnering with them for the best possible outcomes for their patients. She has a reputation for going above and beyond for the families she supports and always doing what's in the best interest of the senior. Even when she’s not working at CarePatrol helping seniors and families, she volunteers as Board Chair for a local program called Senior Wishes, which grants life enriching wishes for low income seniors in and around Western New York. Her passion for the elderly population is undeniable.
Before CarePatrol:
Julie started her career in Marketing for a software company catering to pharmaceutical manufacturers. After she became a mother, she realized that she desired a more gratifying and fulfilling career and decided she wanted to work with seniors. She worked in various settings in senior housing over the years and really found her niche not representing just one community, but being able to offer solutions for everyone, depending on their care level, geographic preference and their budget.

Why I Do This
I fell in love with senior living over a decade ago. I have witnessed first hand how a senior’s quality of life can drastically improve in the right setting with the right support services in place. I have watched families cry tears of joy when they see their Mom or Dad thriving and enjoying life again, and you can see the relief they have knowing they are safe, cared for and loved. I am so passionate about educating families on misconceptions of senior living and offering solutions to improve their lives. I am truly blessed to be able to do this every day.
