Sarah has worked in the senior care industry for more than 15 years. She formerly worked as a social work director in skilled nursing with her primary focus in memory care and rehabilitation. Most recently, Sarah spent six years in assisted living as a sales and marketing director and then as the administrator of a local assisted living community before joining CarePatrol. Her wealth of knowledge in both the assisted living and skilled nursing areas, coupled with her background in social work, provides our CarePatrol families with the advantage of having someone who has worked in assisted living and skilled nursing to be able to help families understand the differences between the care capabilities of different communities to help a family locate the best option for their senior loved one. Sarah holds a B.S. from SUNY Fredonia and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. She is passionate about making sure families are guided with honesty and integrity through the long-term care system.
Sarah grew up in East Aurora and returned home after college to start her career. She and her husband continue to reside there and raise their family.

Sarah has been working with the senior population for more than 15 years. She started out as a social worker helping seniors safely discharge from rehabilitation, and then spent time in an administrative management role learning the New York State rules and regulations that govern the long-term care industry. When she is not working, she is spending time with her young family.
Sarah began her career as a social worker in a local skilled nursing facility while attending St. Bonaventure University to receive her Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Counseling. After helping seniors who needed the highest level of care, Sarah made the transition to assisted living where she started as a Sales and Marketing Director in a local assisted living community. Eventually, Sarah was promoted to be the Administrator of the entire community and worked in that role for several years. After having her first child, Sarah decided that she wanted to make a career change, but still wanted to apply her vast knowledge in the senior care industry without being limited to any single option for families. Sarah started as a Senior Care Advisor with CarePatrol in September 2021.
I started out in the senior care industry unexpectedly and quickly fell in love with the senior population. As my career moved forward, I noticed the amount of misinformation and lack of help that was out there for families when evaluating senior care options. I am passionate about making sure families are given all options and helping them through what can be the most difficult time in their lives. It is incredibly rewarding to see families I have helped to support watch their loved ones get back to enjoying life with the right services and care.
