Diana was born and raised in Western New York, relocating to Florida for 18 years, where she attended college and started her career in senior living. Eventually, Diana returned to the Central New York region, where she resides with her husband and two children.
Diana has helped thousands of families in Western and Central New York for the past eight years, assisting them in their evaluation of all senior care options, utilizing her years of experience and expert knowledge.
Diana’s reputation with the families, senior care providers and healthcare professionals is second to none. When not helping families through CarePatrol, Diana is active in her local community, including serving on the planning committee for "We've Only Just Begun", a non-profit organization that plans a monthly luncheon in Genesee County for local seniors. Diana's heart is full of compassion for the senior community as she has dedicated her entire care to ensuring that seniors continue to live their best lives.
Diana started her career in multi-family housing and property management. While working in military housing, Diana was approached by a friend who had transitioned into a senior living career, describing how rewarding the career change had been for her. Diana took the leap of faith into a career path with seniors, and now 10 years later, continues to have a "job" that she loves. Helping seniors and their families find senior care solutions to be safer, happier, and with an improved quality of life, cannot be more rewarding.
Diana would describe herself as always smiling and being positive.
The Notebook
I love seniors and have experienced this process within my own family. Tears of joy or sadness, I wouldn't want to share that with anyone else, other than a family that I have been there for. I am very passionate in guiding families in the right direction. Taking the time to help the families understand all the steps (pros and cons), misconceptions and the truths about senior living is why I do this. This is more than a career to me, and I am truly blessed and grateful for every given opportunity to help seniors and their families.
