Memory Care Community – This setting is for older adults living with dementia, typically someone who was previously in an assisted living location but began to wander or forget how to perform daily activities.
Nursing Home Community – Also known as a skilled nursing facility, this setting is for older adults who need around-the-clock care as well as the skilled services of a physician, nurse, social worker, and other health care professionals.
