Our advisors are trained to help people discern what level of care their loved ones need—now and in the future. They also know which local options can meet those requirements.

You’ll vet communities in your area by:

  • Confirming their licensure and satisfaction of state regulatory requirements
  • Researching their inspection record and any regulatory violations
  • Reviewing their safety standards
  • Compiling information about their medical capabilities, amenities, and other features
  • Performing yearly community audits to ensure ongoing compliance and standard of care

Then, you’ll curate a list of options for each client that best suits their needs and preferences. 

Someone Who Helps Families Make Informed Decisions

CarePatrol’s senior living advisors are very hands-on. Rather than simply handing your clients a list of options to look into, you’ll be highly involved in the decision-making process. 

You’ll share performance reviews and in-depth research about each option. You’ll be able to provide an unbiased, expert perspective in stressful situations. And you’ll help people weigh their options, answering any questions they have about making the right choice.

You’ll be there to make sure they get the most out of their visit, acting as an advocate and trusted guide.

A Contract Negotiator & Advocate

During times of high stress, it’s easy for families to overlook details that end up making a big impact later on. As a senior living advisor, you’ll ensure that your clients have full transparency about the cost of care and what is included in their care package. Then, you’ll assist them as they finalize their agreements.

You’ll also enter into contracts with the senior living communities themselves. Your relationships with these organizations will be crucial to your business, as your revenue comes from these partnerships. You won’t charge your clients any fees for your services. Instead, your senior care partners will pay you a referral commission.
