Becky Bongiovanni, CSA
Co-Founder and Brand President
As the brand president, Becky Bongiovanni oversees the strategic growth of CarePatrol Franchise Systems. She is passionate about helping franchisee’s run a profitable-purpose driven business. She co-founded CarePatrol in 2009 and was the chief operating officer in 2011. Under her leadership, CarePatrol has grown to 150 locations across 33 states. Becky, a Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA), has been in the assisted-living placement industry since 2004. She has also served as the treasurer of the National Post-Acute Care Continuum from 2016-2018.
Director of Operations
Colleen has over 17 years' experience in franchising having specialized in business growth through thorough data analysis. As CarePatrol's Director of Operations, Colleen leads our franchisee support team wherein she assists our team members and our franchisees in diagnosing barriers that affect performance and then helps in the development of business plans to maximize improvement. In addition, Colleen ensures franchisee compliance with all brand standards and develops corrective action plans, where needed, in support of and in service to our franchisees. Colleen is also a Veteran having served four years supporting our Country as a member of the US military.
Franchise Business Consultant
Amy has a Bachelor’s in Social Work, a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics and has over twenty years of experience in healthcare field engagement and training. Some of her held positions were Investigator with Older Adult Protective Services in Philadelphia, Director of Social Services and Admissions in Skilled Nursing, Marketing Director for PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and Director of Healthy Aging and Food Access at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley in PA. While caring for her father with Alzheimer’s for several years, she was an advocate and Ambassador for the PA Alzheimer’s Association. Amy also has been a yoga and meditation teacher (and student) for nearly twenty years which informs her personal and professional life, helping her to maintain and promote emotional intelligence, connection and equanimity. She enjoys helping franchises be most successful in assisting clients and families during a critical time in their lives. Amy lives in AZ now with her partner Robert and their two dogs, Nitro Shanti and Essie Petunia.
Franchise Business Consultant
Erin has a Bachelor’s in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of Louisville. An 11-year background in franchising, sales, training, and multi-unit management led to her most recent position as Franchise Business Consultant with CarePatrol. Erin’s passion for working in the healthcare industry derived from growing up in a medical family where healthcare was second nature. As a result, she is most passionate about showing empathy and understands that a customer-centric focus is vital to our brand. By integrating a keen business-sense with an innate ability to cultivate loyal relationships, Erin is uniquely qualified to capture opportunities and drive organizational success one franchise at a time. She lives in Louisville with her fur babies Dallas, Rajah, Rafiki, and Baloo.
Franchise Development Manager
Luc Deslauriers is responsible for helping people realize their dream of helping others via business ownership as a future CarePatrol owner. He has over 13 years’ experience in the franchise industry, with a background including being a franchise owner himself, a funding specialist, an award-winning franchise broker, and a corporate development manager. Luc has served as the Franchise Development Manager for CarePatrol since February 2020 and currently lives in Connecticut with his wife Angela and their beloved dog Austin.
