Our Certified Senior Advisors Prescreen And Review Every Community By:

  • Reviewing every community’s available state and provincial resources before we partner with them to ensure that the communities are licensed, in good standings and we examine their state violations record.
  • Performing partnered community audits every year and reviewing if they have any new violations or licensing issues.
  • Assisting families by providing information and reviewing facility licensure, inspection summaries and violation history.
  • Helping families understand how much their care budget should be by walking through the Cost of Care Calculator.

CarePatrol was founded in 1993 by a social worker after observing the personal trauma experienced by a family whose loved one had been placed in the wrong type of facility, CarePatrol became the pioneer organization whose core values are dedicated to being a comprehensive personal service and valuable resource for families during the placement of a love one.

Our mission is to provide safer care options for seniors across America. CarePatrol Senior Advisors tour clients through their recommended communities and are ALWAYS a free service to the family. They are paid by one of the partnered communities shown that the family will ultimately choose.

CEO at Best Life Brands As CEO, JJ oversees the strategic growth of Best Life Brands. A franchising and retailing expert, Sorrenti has led multiple companies to award-winning results over the past 25 years. Formerly president of Safeguard Business Systems, a division of Deluxe Corporation, his experience also included serving as CEO and board member of Hollywood Tans, CEO of Huntington Learning Centers, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at General Nutrition Centers. JJ is also involved with the International Franchise Association (IFA) and sits on the board of trustees for the IFA Education Foundation.

Sean Kajcienski
Sean Kajcienski

COO and Chief Revenue Officer at Best Life Brands Sean Kajcienski serves as the chief operating officer (COO) and chief revenue officer (CRO) of the parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. As COO/CRO, Sean is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the franchised brands, sales and marketing for current and future franchisees, and managing key business partnerships. Before joining Best Life Brands, Sean led sales and operations as DVP of Sears Home Improvement Products from 2018-2019, and as COO and CSO of Coverall North America, Inc. a commercial cleaning franchise company from 2011-2017. Sean led sales and marketing at the health care firm, NextMed in Tucson, Arizona, from 2010-2011. Before that, Sean spent eight years at Culligan International in sales, operations, and marketing leadership roles.

Hank Gretzinger
Hank Gretzinger

Chief Financial Officer at Best Life Brands Since February 2019, Hank Gretzinger has served as the chief financial officer of ComForCare Franchise Systems, LLC as well as the chief financial officer of our parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. Hank is responsible for the financial strategy and infrastructure of Best Life Brands, as well as ensuring proper reporting and analysis of financial results. Prior to joining Best Life Brands, he was the chief financial officer at Biotronic NeuroNetwork. Hank, a U.S. Navy veteran, brings over 20 years of financial experience in the medical services and medical device manufacturing industry, including time spent at Nuvasive Clinical Services, General Scientific Corporation, Bard Urological, and Advanced Technology Laboratories.

Becky Bongiovanni
Becky Bongiovanni

Co-Founder & Brand President at CarePatrol Ms. Bongiovanni is our co-founder and has been in the assisted-living placement industry since 2004. She was the sole operator of Arizona Placement Advisors, Inc. (which is now Arizona Placement Associates, LLC) from January 2006 until April 2009. Ms. Bongiovanni became the Corporate Trainer for CarePatrol in April 2009 and finally Chief Operating Officer in May 2011. She is currently in charge of franchise operations including training of new franchisees and continued coaching for all franchisees as they progress through the system. She has also served as the Treasurer of the National Post-Acute Care Continuum, a 501(c)(3) organization from January 2016 to the present.
