Our CarePatrol representative, Laura Wagner Thibodeaux was a lifesaver. She went above and beyond helping us navigate the murky waters of elder care and secured us optimal placement during an incredibly difficult time. She was also essentially a therapist listing to me vent my frustrations and I am incredibly grateful for that. I can’t recommend them enough if you ever find yourself in need of such an organization. I can't say enough good things about CarePatrol of Baltimore! They were available anytime I needed them to talk about our situation. Lots of great advice, patience and expertise working with seniors. With their help, I was able to move my 96 year old father from a horrible situation to wonderful experience for him. I would never have been able to cut through all the red tape and put together all the pieces of the puzzle without their quick ability to navigate the system.
