Alisha Ritchie has been wonderful and caring throughout this experience of placing mom. We started emailing over a year and a half ago. She checked in with me about every month or two by email. When we decided to start looking seriously, she was able to set up several appointments with communities that we were interested in quickly. She helped a great deal with questions during the initial consultations, things we would not have thought about. I highly recommend using CarePatrol and Alisha.

They made choosing a place for my husband after his release from rehab relatively painless. I had no idea where to start, but the social worker at the rehab facility put me in touch with CarePatrol who listened to our needs and concerns so we could choose the right place.

My mom had a stroke the day after Christmas and I needed help taking care of her at home until we placed her in an assisted facility. Jeff answered my voice mail right away and got inquiries sent out without delay (on Friday at 4:00 PM on new years weekend!!!). I received a response only a couple hours later from a 24 hour home care service. Then Emily sent me a dozen PDF’s for various assisted living facilities to choose from. She helped me tour them and gave pointers how to secure a room at a place I ended up picking (my mom ended up picking it actually). What a life saver. I can’t imagine dealing with this without their help.
